Aurum Fresh provides residential cleaning and home care services by appointment. Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and staffing.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Appointments may be booked through our website, BookingKoala, by phone, or by other approved methods.
While we strive to accommodate requested dates and preferred Home Care Specialists, availability cannot be guaranteed.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is provided before your appointment is confirmed.
Payment is due according to the payment method selected during booking. Any applicable taxes, additional services, or agreed-upon fees will be disclosed before completion of the booking whenever possible.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments in accordance with Aurum Fresh's current cancellation policy communicated during booking.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to cancellation fees.
5. Access to the Property
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.
If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout or missed appointment fee may apply.
6. Safe Working Environment
Clients agree to provide a safe working environment for our Home Care Specialists.
For everyone's safety, aggressive pets should be secured during the appointment. Aurum Fresh reserves the right to suspend or discontinue service if working conditions are considered unsafe.
7. Satisfaction
If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address service-related concerns.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurum Fresh shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, images, and materials are the property of Aurum Fresh and may not be copied or used without written permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
