  • Aurum Fresh provides boutique hotel–level home care designed to keep your home clean, well-prepared, and consistently maintained.

    Our standard service includes detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning, dusting, floor care, linen refresh, bed making, towel reset, and general upkeep of all main living areas.

    We also offer light home maintenance support, such as replacing batteries, recharging devices, changing light bulbs, and other small preventative tasks, depending on your needs.

  • We primarily operate through recurring service plans, which allow us to maintain your home consistently and deliver the highest level of care over time.

    One-time services may be available based on schedule and scope, but recurring clients receive priority booking and more personalized support.

  • Our initial Signature Reset establishes the Aurum standard in your home.

    This first visit allows us to bring your space to a consistent baseline, understand your home’s needs, and set up the structure needed for ongoing care. It also helps our team become familiar with your preferences and priorities.

  • Yes. Linen service is included as part of our standard home care.

    This includes bed linen refresh, towel reset, washing and drying of dirty linens on-site, and professionally made beds with a boutique hotel finish.

    Laundry scope may vary depending on time and volume, and we will establish clear expectations during onboarding.

  • Aurum Fresh can support light, non-invasive maintenance tasks that help your home stay well-prepared and functioning smoothly.

    Examples include:

    • Replacing light bulbs

    • Changing batteries in remotes or devices

    • Recharging vacuums, cameras, or smart devices

    We do not perform licensed electrical, plumbing, structural, or heavy installation work. If we identify larger issues, we can flag them promptly and recommend next steps.

    From product sensitivities to priority spaces and access preferences, our goal is to provide a service that feels thoughtful and aligned with how you live.

  • Our team arrives fully equipped with the tools and standard cleaning supplies needed for each visit.

    Clients provide household consumables and replacement items, including laundry products, paper goods (such as toilet paper and paper towels), soap refills, batteries, light bulbs, air filters, and similar items. We are happy to work with your preferred products and will use what is available in your home.

  • No. Many clients provide access via code, key, or other secure entry methods.

    We will confirm your preferred access instructions in advance and follow your home’s protocols carefully.

  • Yes. Our team is trained to follow Aurum Fresh’s hospitality-driven standards and structured service protocols.

    We operate with clear processes designed to deliver consistent, reliable care while respecting each home we enter.

  • If we identify anything that may need attention—such as visible wear, low supplies, small maintenance concerns, or issues that could affect your home—we will document it and communicate clearly so you can address it proactively.
