Aurum Fresh started with a simple frustration: the level of care, consistency, and accountability expected in hospitality was surprisingly difficult to find in residential cleaning.

Through years of owning and managing short-term rental properties, I saw firsthand what it takes to make a home feel truly ready. That same attention to preparation, presentation, and detail matters whether you are coming home at the end of the day, preparing a property for new owners or tenants, getting ready for a showing, or making sure a space photographs beautifully. Those hospitality standards became the foundation of Aurum Fresh.

At the same time, while raising my two young children in Weston, finding that same level of reliability for my own home proved much harder. That gap became the idea behind Aurum Fresh.

I’m Thais Reiss, founder of Aurum Fresh, and this is my family — my husband and our two children. Being a mother and homeowner has shaped the way I think about trust, consistency, and the people we welcome into our homes.

I brought together my background in marketing, communications, and client experience within large multinational corporations with the operational standards I had learned through hospitality. But Aurum Fresh has never been a one-person vision. Behind every detail is an incredible team working across strategy, client experience, operations, training, quality control, and the day-to-day care of every property.

Today, Aurum Fresh serves homeowners, Realtors, property managers, and other industry professionals throughout Weston and Broward County. Our full-time Home Care Specialists are trained, background checked, and e-Verify screened, and every visit follows detailed checklists and standardized procedures designed to deliver a dependable experience from one cleaning to the next.

Clients also have visibility into the care of their property. After each cleaning, they can review completed checklists, photos, and notes from their Home Care Specialist, providing greater transparency and peace of mind.

Our residential cleaning services include weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning, one-time and deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, open house cleaning, and real estate photography prep.

Whether the goal is maintaining a home, preparing a property for market, welcoming new occupants, or getting a space ready for the camera, the standard remains the same.
