Our Post-Construction Cleaning service is designed exclusively for vacant, unfurnished residential properties, providing the detailed final clean needed once construction or renovation is complete. Using professional HEPA dust extraction and surface-appropriate cleaning methods, we remove fine construction dust, light debris, residue, and buildup throughout the home—leaving it polished, presentation-ready, and prepared for move-in.

Post-Construction
*Please note that replacement parts (filters, light bulbs, batteries, etc.) and any specialty tools required to access or replace them (such as smart lock removal tools or security keys) must be provided by the client.
Also, light home maintenance is limited to items that are safely accessible using a standard three-step stool. Tasks requiring ladders, access to electrical panels, disassembly, specialty tools, or electrical work are not included.
We do not perform licensed electrical, plumbing, structural, or heavy installation work. If we identify larger issues, we can flag them promptly and recommend next steps.
