Aurum Fresh

  • The program is available to real estate professionals invited by Aurum Fresh who complete the referral program enrollment process.

  • A new customer is someone who has not booked with Aurum Fresh within the past 12 months. To qualify, they must enter your referral code when booking their first service.

  • Once your referred client completes and pays for their first qualifying cleaning, we’ll send you a private link to provide your preferred payout details. You can choose to receive your reward through Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. Once your information is submitted and the reward is confirmed, payment will be sent within 3 business days. For your security, we only request payment information once you have an eligible reward to receive.

  • Yes. You’re welcome to use your referral code for your own household. In that case, you’ll receive the $50 cleaning discount rather than a referral payout.

  • No. Referral codes cannot be combined with other Aurum Fresh offers or discounts.

  • A referral reward is earned only after Aurum Fresh receives payment for the qualifying service. Canceled, refunded, or unpaid bookings do not qualify for a reward.

  • Yes. Aurum Fresh may update, pause, or end the program, including changes to reward amounts. Any rewards you’ve already earned will remain subject to the terms that were in effect when they were earned.

  • Not when you enroll. If your referral rewards reach $600 in a calendar year, Aurum Fresh will request a completed Form W-9 and issue a Form 1099-NEC as required.
